To ensure your funeral flower is delivered seamlessly, please follow these guidelines at checkout:

Recipient Information: Please enter the full name of the deceased in the recipient field.

Note: Do not enter the name of a family member.Flower rooms and funeral staff organize arrangements by the name of the deceased. Using a family member’s name may result in the flowers being misplaced or discarded.

Service Time: In the delivery notes, please specify the exact start time of the service (Not your preferred delivery time).

Our Process: We typically deliver arrangements 1 to 2 hours prior to the service. For venues with dedicated flower rooms, we may deliver earlier, and the venue staff will transfer the flowers to the service room once it is ready.

Card or Banner Message: Enter your message for banner/card in the notes section. Please note that long messages will be handwritten on a card. (Ex. For Banners: One side usually says With Deepest Sympathy and the other side will say who it’s from)

Delivery Confirmation: We will send you a photo confirmation once your flowers have arrived in perfect condition.
